Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri (/dnal/ /hoˈrri/ [happy] [bicycle]) is a temperate Small City located in the Digitznä Principality of the Nika.

The name Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri is derived from the Sylvin language, as Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri was founded by Tsåhi, who was culturaly Gnoll.

Climate

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri has a yearly average temperature of 4°C (39°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cold 10°C (50°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing -2°C (29°F). Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri receives an average of 207 cm/y (81 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri covers an area of nearly 19 km² (7 mi²), and an average elevation of 2254 m (7395 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1311, by Tsåhi. The establishment of Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri's construction back out of the project. Tsåhi pushed on reguardles, and Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of restrictive flagstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the city like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Slæ̈rn Ipijoti-horri's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
